Rebecca Salk is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on representing institutional and individual clients in complex civil litigations, as well as on defending companies, officers, directors and employees in investigations by regulators such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Ms. Salk earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the Senior Notes Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. Prior to joining RK&O, Ms. Salk was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Madeline Cox Arleo, U.S.D.J., of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Judith C. McCarthy, U.S.M.J., of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Salk is admitted to practice in New York and the Southern District of New York.
