Margot Laporte and Stephanie Tsay named to 2018 LCLD Pathfinder Program

Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP has selected Associates Margot Laporte and Stephanie Tsay to participate in the 2018 Pathfinder Program, sponsored by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to help train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and building professional networks.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program offers participants intensive in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows in small group gatherings. The LCLD Pathfinder Program is now in its third year as a full-scale program and targets associates and younger members of corporate law departments.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 285 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession.
