Richards Kibbe & Orbe attorney Margot Laporte spoke on a panel of FCPA practitioners at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., on January 9, 2015. The discussion, which was presented to Georgetown Law School evening students, focused on FCPA policy as well as FCPA practice from the perspective of both private practitioners and government regulators. She was joined by Jonathan Drimmer, Vice-President and Assistant General Counsel at Barrick Gold Corp., and David Fuhr, a Trial Attorney in the DOJ’s FCPA Unit.
