RK&O partners Jennifer Grady, Margaret Meyers and Jim Walker joined Prof. Tanya Hernandez of Fordham University for the webinar "Inclusive Workplaces Best Practices: Implicit Bias and #MeToo Racial Blindspots" hosted by Fordham University School of Law. This CLE program served to:

  • explain unconscious bias;
  • explore important advantages that workplace diversity can provide to an organization and its stakeholders;
  • and address strategies to address unconscious bias and the racial blindspots lessons learned from #MeToo to achieve an inclusive and more productive workplace.
